Corsair Left Handed Mouse FAQ

Is there any dedicated left handed gaming mice?

Absolutely, there are but most of the companies focus on the dominant hand design which is, of course, the right hand, however, now most of the top-rated companies like Steel Series, Razer, Logitech shifted their attention to left-handed and ambidextrous designs as well.

Unfortunately, there isn’t enough choices from Corsair at the time of posting this article (14/02/2022) as we could only find two left-handed corsair mouse. If there are more options in the future we will surely be going to update this article as soon as we can.

If by any chance you are interested in other left-handed mice choices, you can see our list of Left-Handed – Ergonomic Mice, MMO mice, Wireless Mice, and Trackball Mice.

DPI and Response Rate

The main key points to care for while getting yourself a gaming mouse is DPI and Response rate because these numbers are what differentiate one mouse from another.

DPI refers to “Dots per Inch” this actually controls how much space your mouse going to cover per inch. Higher the DPI, the more sensitive you’re going to be.

Response rate means how fast your mouse going to respond to a certain movement. This is a crucial measure that you have to notice, only get mice with a response rate of 1ms.

Wired or Wireless

This step depends on your personal preference. However, there are some key points that you can keep in mind while choosing between a wireless or wired mouse.

Wireless mouse gives you a little bit more space and freedom, eliminating the headache of a stiffy wired to always drag you down. But only get the wireless mouse from well-known companies like Razer, Logitech, etc, for a lag-free experience.

The only thing you have to worry about now is the price difference, Wireless mice are way more expensive than a regular corded mouse. So you gotta check your wallet too eh.

Is ambidextrous mouse a good option?

Yes, ambidextrous mice are designed to fit perfectly to both hands. However, they usually favor the fingertip & claw grip styles. If you are only comfortable with a palm grip, you will have to go for a left-handed mouse only. Learn more about mouse grip style in this article.
